WITH GLUE
STEP 1: Wash and dry hands, making sure no water remains.
STEP 2: Push back cuticles with the included cuticle stick
STEP 3: Buff your nails with the included buffer (pink side) then use the alcohol pad to wipe each of your nails. Wait for the alcohol to dry.
Step 4: Select the best fitting nail for each finger and set aside in order.
STEP 5: Apply an even layer of glue to the back of the press-on nail and a small dot on your natural nail. (Use caution when opening and applying the glue, as it is a strong adhesive agent)
STEP 6: Place the press-on nail at an angle starting right at your cuticle then down to the end of your nail. Press down firmly for 15- 30 seconds using your thumb.
STEP 7: If wanted, use the included file or a nail clipper to change the length or shape of your nails.

WITH TABS
Follow Steps 1-4 from above.
STEP 5: Remove the film from the sheet of adhesive tabs, then select the best fitting tab for each nail by peeling them off the sheet using the small tab at the top. Place it on each nail, gently pressing the tab down to adhere to the nail.
STEP 6: Remove the top film off the tab and Place the press-on nail at an angle starting right at your cuticle then down to the end of your nail. Press down firmly for 15- 30 seconds using your thumb.
STEP 7: If wanted, use the included file or a nail clipper to change the length or shape of your nails.

To Remove Nails:
STEP 1: Mix oil (we personally love a coconut oil) and liquid dish soap in a bowl with warm water.
STEP 2: Soak your nails in the mixture for 10-15 minutes.
STEP 3: Use the cuticle stick to gently peel the nail from around the edges. If the nail is not lifting easily, soak it for a few more minutes then try again. The nails should be lifted and easily pop off. Do not try to force nails off, as this could cause damage to your natural nail. 
STEP 4: Use cuticle oil and rub on nails and hands.

To Remove Tabs From Back of Nails:
Use the steps above to remove the press-on from your nail, then follow these instructions.
STEP 1: Hold the press-on in one hand and the cuticle stick in the other with the pointed end facing toward the press-on. Use the pointed end of the cuticle stick to get under the tab from the bottom center of the nail. (Use care, as the cuticle stick’s pointed end is sharp.)
STEP 2: Once the end of the cuticle stick is under the tab, begin twisting the stick clockwise. This will begin to wrap the adhesive tab around the end of the cuticle stick.
STEP 3: Pull the twisted end of the adhesive tab off the end of the cuticle stick and throw it away.
